A Graduate
of Architecture at the Politecnico of Milan Italy, Maria Vittoria
Capitanucci (M.V.) is certified in the architectural profession
since 1993 as well as curator of the material at the architectural
faculty for courses in "history of architecture" held
by Professor Fulvio Irace in Milan and Mantova Italy. She achieved
her doctorate degree in research of history and critique of architecture
at the architectural faculty at Università Federico II in Naples
Italy, where she is currently part of the staff of professors for
the academic year 2001-2002. Since 1997 M.V. has been put in charge
of the "Agnoldomenico Pica" Archive by the historical
architecture conservation department and in 2001, she received the
scholarship for young researchers at the Politecnico as well as
teaching courses at IDI in Milan Italy. Since October 2000, M.V.
is a member of the editorial team for the periodical "Costruire"
and is responsible for the section on cultural projects, she also
collaborates on a regular basis for magazines such as "Giornale
Dell'Architettura"; "Abitare" (including special
inserts Ansaldo, Argengario and De Cecco) and for the Sunday insert
for the daily publication "Il Sole 24 Ore". Organising
exhibitions, events and seminars, M.V.C. is currently involved in
the committee at the Triennale of Milan for the exhibition of by
Luca Molinari 1945 - 2000, Architecture in Italy. Participation
